Depending on the property's size, additional or upgraded bins may be required for AirKeeper to effectively manage the home. For properties accommodating up to 6 guests one red & yellow bin with a capacity of 360 liters will be enough. For properties accommodating 8 or more guests, AirKeeper requires two 360-liter bins of each type. In cases where a property accommodates more than 14 guests, we will work on a custom solution with you to prevent issues with excess rubbish. AirKeeper can assist owners with ordering extra bins from the local council.
All green bins should not be made available to guests to prevent misuse.
Guests are responsible for taking out the bins during their stay, and cleaners will handle this task if they visit the property the day before bin collection. In certain areas, for a small additional fee, AirKeeper has partnered with someone local to manage the weekly bins. In some areas this will be included in the cleaning fee or on charged to owners.
Any extra rubbish removal expenses, unless deemed excessive (in which case it will be charged to guests), will be the responsibility of the property owners.
