Why does AirKeeper not accommodate 1-night bookings for properties?

Based on AirKeeper's experience, we have found that one-night reservations pose a higher risk compared to longer bookings. They tend to attract guests who may not align with our desired standards, and the potential negative impact on properties and the community outweighs the relatively small revenue generated from such stays. This is a policy that AirKeeper is committed to and will not make exceptions for any property.
