Who covers the costs of general wear and tear?

AirKeeper will report instances of fair wear and tear, but it is the owner's responsibility to address and repair/update items that require upgrading or replacement. This encompasses various items such as blind chains, wall marks, missing cutlery, general carpet cleaning and more.
