When would the call-out fee apply to owners? (Prestige Management Only)

A callout fee applies whenever our team needs to visit a property to address a specific issue. For instance, if we have to attend a property to reset the Wi-Fi or deliver a toaster or kettle during a guest's stay, a callout fee will be charged. Another scenario is when, after an owner's stay (without requesting a clean), something is left at the property that we need to store away before the next guests arrive.
