If an owner provides their own photos, there will be a cost reduction of $350, but the listing creation fee will still apply. It's essential to note that we only accept professionally taken pictures and do not work with unprofessional images that do not accurately represent the property's layout or furnishings or does not fit within the guidelines of the booking platforms.
