How often should a property's pool & spa be serviced?

Since pool & spa usage in a holiday home resembles commercial pool usage more than that of a private pool, we strongly recommend weekly pool maintenance during the summer season & weekly spa maintenance during winter for spa's and bi-weekly maintenance during the opposite months.
