How does AirKeeper do the guest vetting?

Guest vetting is a meticulous process where AirKeeper assesses multiple criteria to ensure that the selected home is a good match for the booker. We consider factors such as booking notice, duration of stay, guest age, group size, guest ratings (if available on the platform), and the base location of guests. In addition, we require all guests to complete a check-in form, including a current ID and a matching selfie. Only when all these criteria align do we share the check-in information with the guest, ensuring a secure and comfortable stay for everyone involved.
