Our cleaning partners provide reports with pictures after each cleaning, and we conduct random inspections of homes. If guests report any issues, our cleaners are required to revisit the property promptly and at no extra cost. This system encourages our cleaning contractors to perform their tasks diligently from the start, ensuring guest satisfaction and minimising the need for return visits.
