Do all properties require a cleaning cabinet?

While a locked cabinet is not a fixed requirement in smaller spaces like city apartments, we do require them in all larger properties. This ensures we can store extra linen at the property and have a place for backup supplies. A lockable cabinet is also necessary if owners wish to provide additional provisions to guests, such as tissue boxes, a welcome bottle of wine, or if there are personal items left behind that should not be accessible to guests. Additionally, it serves as a convenient storage space for spare light bulbs and other items that maybe needed.
