Can AirKeeper settle property expenses on an owners behalf?

Certainly, we can process payments for your bills, including internet, gas, electricity, water, council and strata rates, as well as maintenance invoices on your behalf. However, it's important to note that owners are responsible for arranging and setting up these services, apart from maintenance which we can take care of, in their own names.

In cases where the available funds in the owner account do not cover the expenses within the next 30 days, AirKeeper will contact the owners and request the necessary payment to settle these bills or expenses.
